Club
History
The San Jacinto High Rollers is
the oldest AMA motorcycle club in Texas. It was founded in Pasadena in
1957 and has a very rich history. The SJHR has supported the Lions Club
Children's Camp in Kerrville, Texas since 1958. The SJHR makes a
yearly trek to present a check on behalf of the SJHR MC every year
sometime in July or August. Our National run raises money for this charity
and occasionally chapters donate part of their proceeds from runs to this
charity as well.
The San Jacinto High Rollers
Motorcycle Club was originally founded in 1957 as an AMA Chartered, non-profit
organization to provide assistance for children in need and to improve the
public image of motorcycling. Liberty County Chapter of the San Jacinto High Rollers was established in 2006. Liberty County Chapter's primary charity is the Brown Bag Buddies of the Dayton Independent School District. SJHR LC attends many benefits and charity runs throughout the year. We are a family oriented Motorcycle Club geared toward Brotherhood. SJHR LC members join together for camaraderie, strength of numbers, companionship, education, rider training, and socialization. To find out more about our Chapter or to join, email an officer and they will be happy to tell you more about our rich history.
